आपको ज्ञात होगा कोविड-19 महामारी ने सामान्य जीवन को प्रभावित किया है। इसने मनुष्य सहित शिक्षण संस्थानों को बुरी तरह प्रभावित किया है। दुर्भाग्यवश हम अपना नया शैक्षणिक सत्र शुरू नहीं कर पाए हैं। व्यवधान की स्थिति को देखते हुए हमें वैकल्पिक व्यवस्था करनी होगी ताकि हम अपने बच्चों को शिक्षित करना जारी रख सकें।यह संभावना है कि अगले कई महीनों तक समय-समय पर बाधाएं आएंगी और इसलिए हमारे लिए शिक्षा के नए तरीकों को अपनाना बहुत जरूरी है। इसलिए आपसे अनुरोध है कि निम्नलिखित निर्देशों पर ध्यान दें-
1.कृपया आप यह सुनिश्चित करें कि यदि आप में से किसी के गले में खराश, बुखार, खांसी, जुकाम, स्वाद या गंध में कमी, भूख न लगना और शरीर में दर्द हो तो आप या आपके बच्चे को स्कूल जाने की अनुमति ना दें। कृपया इसे अति गंभीरता से लें क्योंकि हमें जिम्मेदारी से व्यवहार करने और संकरण को फैलने से रोकने की आवश्यकता है। जो माता-पिता या बच्चे निर्देशों का उल्लंघन करते हुए पाए जाएंगे, उन्हें स्कूल में प्रवेश से मना कर दिया जाएगा और तुरंत घर भेज दिया जाएगा।
२-जैसे ही सरकार तालाबंदी में ढील देगी, हम किताबों की बिक्री और स्कूल में रिपोर्ट कार्ड के वितरण की व्यवस्था करेंगे। इससे एक स्थान पर बड़ी संख्या में लोगों की भीड़ इकट्ठी होगी, इसलिए हम इस प्रक्रिया में सरकार के निर्देशों के अनुसार कार्य करेंगे। हम आप सभी से अनुरोध करते हैं कि इस चरण के दौरान नियमों और निर्देशों का सख्ती से पालन करें। कृपया ध्यान रखें कि संक्रमण को फैलने से रोकने के लिए हम सभी को अपने शहर और देश की बहुत बड़ी जिम्मेदारी है।
३-आपसे अनुरोध है कि सामान्य फीस के रूप जल्द ही बताएं गए शुल्क का भुगतान किया जाना है, ताकि हम अपने कर्मचारियों को भुगतान करना जारी रख सकें। हम समझते हैं कि लोग इस समय वित्तीय कठिनाइयों से गुजर रहे हैं लेकिन शैक्षणिक संस्थानों को अपने कर्मचारियों को बनाए रखने और भुगतान करने की आवश्यकता होती है। यदि बैंक के माध्यम से भुगतान के लिए साइन अप करने वाले सभी लोग भुगतान के लिए पर्याप्त धन रखते हैं, तो हम उनके आभारी होंगे। हम आपको बैंक हस्तांतरण की तारीख पहले से ही सूचित करेंगे। इससे स्कूल में अनावश्यक भीड़ इकट्ठा होने से बचा जा सकेगा।
४-हम इस संकट से निपटने के लिए दूर की शिक्षा डिस्टेंस एजुकेशन को शामिल करेंगे। हमारा मानना है कि बच्चों को घर में शैक्षिक अनुभव जारी रखना चाहिए भले ही व्यापक विघटन और लॉक डाउन हो। इस प्रक्रिया को सुचारू रूप से चलाने के लिए हम आप सभी से अनुरोध करते हैं निम्नलिखित जानकारियां तैयार करें।
१-एक व्हाट्सएप नंबर जहां शिक्षक छात्रों को वीडियो और ऑडियो के साथ शिक्षण सामग्री भेजने तथा उनसे बात कर सकते हैं।
२-एक ईमेल आईडी जिसे संचार के लिए उपयोग किया जा सके।
कृपया यह समझना आवश्यक है कि दूरस्थ शिक्षा तभी लागू हो सकती है जब हमारे पास ऑनलाइन संचार का कोई माध्यम हो और इसके लिए बच्चों को वीडियो देखने और उनका होमवर्क डाउनलोड करने के लिए व्हाट्सएप नंबर और ईमेल उपलब्ध होना चाहिए।
स्कूल संकट के समय के दौरान हमारे छात्रों का समर्थन करने के लिए प्रतिबद्धहै। हम पटना में महामारी का खुलासा करने और सरकार के निर्देशों के अनुसार अनुसूची में बदलाव करेंगे। हम आप सभी से अनुरोध करते हैं कि राष्ट्रीय संकट के इस समय के दौरान एकजुट रहें।

Dear Parents,
The ongoing pandemic has affected normal life. This has severely impacted educational institutions including ours. Unfortunately, we have not been able to start our new academic year. Considering the nature of disruption we have to make alternative arrangements so that we could continue educating our children. It is likely that periodic disruptions will take place for the next many months and hence, it is important for us to adopt new methods of education. Please note the following:

Please ensure that you or your child DOES NOT ATTEND SCHOOL OR ENTER THE SCHOOL PREMISES if any of you have sore throat, fever, cough, cold, loss of taste or smell, loss of appetite, body pains and aches. Please take this extremely seriously because we need to behave responsibly and prevent spread of infection. Parents or Children who are found violating this will be refused entry and sent home immediately.

As soon as the government relaxes the lockdown we shall make arrangements for sale of books and distribution of report cards in the school. This will involve congregation of a large number of people at one spot so we shall regulate the process. We request you all to adhere strictly to the rules and regulations during this phase. Please bear in mind that we all owe a huge responsibility to our city and country to prevent spread of infection.

Please ensure that the stated fees are paid on time as soon as near normalcy returns to enable us to continue paying our staff. We understand that people do go through financial difficulties at this time but educational institutions need to retain and pay their staff. We shall be grateful if all those who have signed up for paying through the bank maintain adequate funds for payment. We shall inform you in advance the date of bank transfer. This will avoid unnecessary crowding in the school premises.

We will be incorporating distant education to tide over this crisis. We believe that children should continue the educational experience at home even if there is widespread disruption and lockdowns. To enable the process we request you all to get ready the following:

A Whatsapp number where the teacher can communicate videos and material to the students.

An email i.d which can be used for communication.

Please understand that distance education can only implemented if we have some form of online communication constantly and hence, the whatsapp number and email should be available to the children for watching videos and downloading their homework.
The school is committed to supporting our students during this time of crisis. We shall make changes to schedule as the pandemic unfolds in Patna and in line with government directives. We request you all to stand united during this hour of National Crisis.
